Mission

We are a foundation that empowers Ukrainian women in Poland. Through education and integration initiatives, we create opportunities for them to enter the Polish labour market, build their own businesses, and achieve long-term financial stability.

Our work focuses on training, mentoring, and social integration programs. We design comprehensive projects offering education as well as specialized business and legal training, enabling Ukrainian women in Poland — many of whom had successful careers in Ukraine — to continue their professional development and expand their skills in a new environment.

We believe this kind of support is the most meaningful one: it helps women regain confidence and self-worth after the traumatic experiences of war. It’s the kind of help that lasts — symbolized not by giving a fish, but by handing over the fishing rod.

This approach also benefits local partners, who can draw on the talents and expertise of Ukrainian women in Poland when implementing joint initiatives.
